(BABCNE), will conduct a Breakfast Briefing at the Petit Robert Bistro in Kenmore Square, Boston on October 23, 2007. The topic: New Health Care Reform rules (effective July 1, 2007) and their impact on businesses with employees working in Massachusetts.
Massachusetts law now requires most employers to offer, and most residents to enroll in, a qualified health benefit plan. The recent changes also impose new reporting burdens and threaten to alter the way some companies do business; companies and individuals who do not comply are subject to financial penalties.
