Business Insurance magazine: has selected this web site as
their BEST OF THE WEB 2003 in the category of Health Insurance Plans.
Benemax client earns 22% dividend in UK and Singapore: Insurope,
a multi-national pooling company headquartered in Brussels, has just
paid Benemax client Inovis a dividend on the premiums it paid in 2002
to insure its UK employees for death and disability and its Singapore
employees for health. (Benemax develops pools for our multi-national
clients that create an opportunity to earn substantial dividends on
qualified benefits.)
Benemax growth continues: Figures announced 12/31/03 show
that Benemax has averaged an annual growth rate of more than 30%
over the past 4 years. Since 1/1/00, Benemax has more than tripled
its annual revenue, the number of its corporate clients and the number
of its subscribers.
Benemax announces nation’s first Consumer Directed FSA plan: Our
FSA plans have been enhanced to include new consumer directed features
that will help employees stretch their FSA dollars AND help employers
reduce the cost of their core health & dental benefit plans. The
new features include on-line second opinions, access to the median
cost of any dental procedure in any zip code, a list of 100,000 dentists
who have been specially credentialed based on their practice patterns
and charge profiles and “Ask-a-Dentist”, a feature that
allows members to pose questions directly to a panel of dentists on-line.
Benemax signs contract with Partners Health Care to offer second
opinions on-line: Beginning January, 2004 Benemax health plan
members (and their doctors) will be able to obtain a second opinion
on-line from a Partners Health Care specialist. Partners’ physicians
represent Mass General and Brigham
& Women’s hospitals and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute,
The Teaching Affiliates of Harvard Medical School.
Benemax Addresses Insurope Symposium in Stockholm: Benemax
will present the concept of Consumer Directed Health Care to a global
audience on May 26.
