Children Up To Age 26 - 5/17/2010 - On May 10, 2010, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued regulations on the requirement that group health plans and health insurers offer coverage for children up to the age of 26.

Flexible Spending Accounts - 5/10/2010 - In order to provide these benefits on a tax free basis, there has been a corresponding change to the Internal Revenue Code. The cost of employer provided coverage and any benefits received for children who have not attained age 27

Federal Health Care Reform - 3/24/2010 - Last Sunday evening, the House of Representatives passed the federal health care reform bill. On Tuesday morning, President Obama signed the bill into law. In the days to follow, a reconciliation bill will make its way through the Senate.
